Pregnancy is one stage in a woman’s life that brings so much excitement. But accompanying this excitement are lots of discomfort especially during the first and third trimesters which very much include headaches.

It is necessary to eat well-balanced meals during pregnancy. Eating smaller, more frequent meals is better than eating big on one meal and skipping the other. This can help you keep your blood sugar from getting too low. You should also drink plenty of water and other juices.
Avoid fatigue and stress but get some exercise.
Fatigue and stress can very much trigger headaches during pregnancy. You should at all times avoid placing yourself in situations where you will feel so tired and stressed out. But this does not mean that you will also have to stop doing exercises. There are also exercises and techniques meant for pregnant women which are not tiring but instead, these are very relaxing like yoga, meditation, and biofeedback.
